Instagram Community Growth for an Restaurant
Since March 2025 we ran a focused Instagram growth program for an anonymous restaurant in Braga to build measurable community, increase local awareness, and provide competitive social proof.

The client wanted fast, visible follower growth to benchmark against local competitors and improve social proof, while keeping acquisition costs low and preserving the brand's anonymity in public case studies.

Our Approach
We ran an iterative A/B testing program across location-based audiences and a wide range of creative formats. Location buckets included Braga, Porto and Vila Real in the north, Lisbon, and a diaspora segment targeting Portuguese living abroad. Creative tests covered local scenes, menu highlights, short reels and promotional hooks. We measured Cost‑Per‑Follower (CPF) and early engagement, then reallocated budget weekly to the best-performing combinations.
Results
From March 2025 the program averaged ~800 followers per month. In August we achieved 1,213 new followers with a Cost‑Per‑Follower (CPF) of €0.19 — the best performing account in our portfolio. The campaign delivered fast community lift and clear competitive separation for the client.
